1. Who we are
Safa Studios is a trade name of Juan Carlos Pereyda Villa, a sole proprietor registered in Mexico (tax ID PEVJ850228R19), who also operates under the trade name Excellence University. Registered address: Valle de la Luna 2, Zibatá, El Marqués, Querétaro, 76269, Mexico. You can write to us at hola@safa-studios.com. This identification is published here because consumer and distance-selling law requires the seller to be identifiable before you buy; it is not repeated elsewhere on the site.
Programs and services bought on safa-studios.com are sold and invoiced by Safa Studios. Where a program is described as a Safa Studios program delivered through Excellence University, Safa Studios is the seller and Excellence University is the learning environment where it is taught. Both are trade names of the same business.
These Terms govern your access to and use of safa-studios.com, the educational programs, and the professional services you contract with us. By buying a program, contracting a service or using the site, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The campus account created with your enrolment is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity on your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised use.
3. What we sell
We sell two kinds of thing and they are governed differently:
- Educational programs. AI School is a monthly membership that renews automatically. The AI Leadership Program is a fixed-term program. Features, schedule and access period are described at the point of sale. Both are delivered on the Excellence University campus.
- Professional services. Design, development, content and AI operations. Quoted by scope and governed by the proposal or contract we sign with you, which prevails over these Terms wherever the two conflict.
We may update the syllabus, the materials and the delivery formats to improve the program. The AI tools taught change with the market: what we guarantee is the capability you build, not that any specific tool will keep existing.
4. Prices, payment and currency
Program prices are set in euros (EUR) and also published in Mexican pesos (MXN). At checkout we ask which country issued your card so we charge you in the right currency: a Mexican card charged in euros is usually declined by the issuing bank.
Payment is processed by Stripe. On your statement the charge appears as SAFA STUDIOS. Currency conversion, international transaction fees and the final amount charged are determined by your bank and the processor, and may differ slightly from the published EUR price.
Monthly memberships renew automatically each period until you cancel. Fixed-term programs are charged as stated at the point of sale. Prices are shown excluding indirect taxes. Where we are required to collect a tax in your country of residence, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund policy.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content and use it for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, record, resell, sublicense or publicly share materials, recordings or community content;
- share your account or your access with other people, or use one membership for several people;
- reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract code or data from the campus;
- use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, or harass, abuse or harm other members.
6. Intellectual property
All content we deliver, including courses, videos, text, graphics, the names Safa Studios and Excellence University and their logos, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. Apart from the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.
The work you produce during the program, including your portfolio, is yours.
7. Content you post
You keep ownership of the content you post in the community or submit as program work. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote the program. You are responsible for what you post and must hold the rights to share it.
8. AI features
Part of the service includes AI-assisted features, such as a mentor. What the AI produces may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for educational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. How you use it is your responsibility.
We teach AI governance and responsible use. An educational program does not automatically make your organisation compliant with the AI regulation that applies to it, and we do not present it as doing so.
9. No guarantee of results
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any specific result, income or career outcome. The certificate we issue is a portfolio-based professional certificate, not a degree or an official accreditation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that puts us or other members at risk. You may stop using it whenever you want. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or by a notice inside the service. Continuing to use it after the changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Querétaro, Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, nothing in these Terms removes the rights you have under your own country's law, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
