At checkout we ask which country issued your card. A Mexican card is charged in pesos and a card from anywhere else is charged in euros. This matters: a Mexican card charged in euros is usually declined by the issuing bank, and all you see is the word "declined".
You land on a confirmation page showing what you bought and what you were charged, Stripe emails your receipt, and we enrol you on the Excellence University campus with your access link. If the enrolment fails, the payment still stands and we say so on that same page instead of leaving you guessing.
Yourself, whenever you want, from your membership page. No email to anyone, no reason required. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you are not charged for the next one.
Yes. Fourteen days from session 1 of your generation. If it is not for you, write from your account email inside that window and we return the full amount to the same payment method.
Both programs are taught in English through Excellence University. Spanish and other languages are rolling out; generations open monthly, so the release cadence is monthly rather than annual.
