SAFASTUDIOS
AI Leadership Program · January cohort · 12 weeks · ~72 hours · 12 seats

AI for the people who decide.

Not a programming course. A boardroom program where the team that builds Aquiii, SportsNation and Maaia teaches you how to govern AI: what to build, what to buy, what to avoid, how to measure it, who to hire and how to answer the board. Twelve seats, twelve weeks, starting 1 January.

Twelve weeks. One signed plan.

Most executive AI education explains what a large language model is and stops. This one starts where your job starts: a budget, a board, a regulator, a workforce that is already using AI whether or not you approved it, and no obvious way to tell a real opportunity from an expensive pilot. You leave with a roadmap for your company that you can defend, not notes.

THE PROBLEM

Pilots that never ship

Most AI initiatives stall between a demo and production. The gap is rarely technical. It is ownership, measurement and change management.

THE PROBLEM

Governance written after the fact

Shadow AI is already in your company. Writing policy after an incident costs more than writing it now, and you get governed before you get legislated: Mexico's sector rules are already moving, the EU AI Act's transparency duties land in August 2026, and its high risk duties were pushed to December 2027. The date moved. The obligations did not.

THE PROBLEM

No way to say no

Without a value framework every vendor pitch sounds plausible. The scarce executive skill is declining the right things quickly.

Three things most executive programs skip.

01 · OPERATORS, NOT LECTURERS

We run what we teach

The frameworks in this program govern AI across thirteen ventures in the group. Maaia, the AI operating system behind them, was built by the people teaching the sessions. You can read that case study before you pay.

02 · TWELVE SEATS

Small enough to be about you

Twelve seats is not scarcity marketing, it is the number at which a ninety-minute session can address every company in the room. Two of the twelve weeks are private audits of your own operation.

03 · A DELIVERABLE, NOT A CERTIFICATE

You leave with the plan

Every week ends in an artifact: an opportunity portfolio, a data audit, a risk matrix, a vendor scorecard, an operating charter. By week twelve they assemble into one roadmap you present and sign.

What the twelve weeks actually contain.

These are the program's numbers, not outcome statistics. The January cohort is the first one, so there are no alumni results to report. When there are, they will be published with their source.

12

live boardroom sessions, ninety minutes each.

2

private one-to-one audits of your own operation.

12

seats, and the cohort closes when they are gone.

1

roadmap, built week by week, that you own outright.

Three people who close the January cohort.

PROFILE 01

Founder or CEO

A company between one and fifty million dollars in revenue. You know AI changes the rules and you are not sure how to position the business. You are trying not to lose the next twenty-four months.

PROFILE 02

COO or Operations Director

You run the company. You know your team needs AI and you do not want another initiative that dies as a pilot. You are after real adoption.

PROFILE 03

CIO or Head of Innovation

You have the mandate but not the roadmap. You want structure: a framework, metrics, an order of operations. Not another conference, not another newsletter.

From reservation to signed plan.

1

Reserve

You pay and the seat is yours. The campus opens immediately: you do not wait until January to start.

2

Prepare

Between now and the start you get the diagnostic, the reading, the regulatory brief for your market and a welcome package.

3

Decide

Twelve weekly boardroom sessions. Strategy, data, build-versus-buy, governance, security, org design, adoption, metrics.

4

Audit

Two private sessions on your own company: your data, your risk posture, your roadmap. Remote, or in person in Querétaro or Mexico City.

5

Present

Demo Day. You present the ninety-day plan, the board dashboard and the governance cadence you will actually run.

Twelve weeks. One per decision.

Demo Day, the board and the 90-day plan
An AI dashboard for the board, a risk posture and a governance cadence. You present a plan you have signed.

Session titles and their contents may change during development, and the regulatory module is rebuilt for each cohort because the law keeps moving. The structure does not change.

Or we go inside your company.

Every executive program in the set ends in a roadmap the buyer writes alone from a template. MIT Sloan's online course sells exactly that, self-paced, for EUR 3,384. Plus is the tier where a roadmap stops being the deliverable and the work starts inside your operation instead.

  1. ✓Everything in the program above, all 72 hours of it.
  2. ✓One private audit of your actual operation, not a questionnaire.
  3. ✓Two private strategy sessions with the people who run thirteen companies.
  1. ✓Your AI strategy and plan, written with you rather than by you.
  2. ✓Data sovereignty and private environment reviewed against your own stack.
  3. ✓Priority scheduling on all three private sessions.
Reserve a Plus seat →

The three private sessions run live in Querétaro or Mexico City, or remote. Capacity here is limited by our calendar, not by the twelve seats.

Or a real company diagnostic.

Plus goes inside your operation once. Executive goes in with a structured instrument instead of a conversation: seven dimensions, scored, then two board-style reviews where we challenge your priorities the way an investment committee would, not just note them.

  1. ✓Everything in Plus: the full program, the audit, the two strategy sessions.
  2. ✓A structured 7-dimension diagnostic: strategy, value portfolio, process, data, adoption, governance, measurement.
  1. ✓Two board-style reviews, week 6 and week 12, not just check-ins.
  2. ✓A written executive report with a prioritized roadmap.

Capped at three diagnostics per cohort. This is a conversation first, not an instant checkout.

Or a full company transformation.

Executive goes in with a structured diagnostic once. Executive Cohort is the twelve-week program built around it: eight to twelve companies, no direct competitors seated in the same cohort, named executive coaching and peer-advisory cells among the companies in the room.

  1. ✓Everything in Executive: the full program, the audit, the 7-dimension diagnostic.
  2. ✓A closed cohort of 8-12 companies, screened against direct competition.
  1. ✓Three board-style reviews, weeks 4, 8 and 12, not just the final one.
  2. ✓A 4-artifact sequence: CEO roadmap, board briefing, 90-day adoption plan, vendor checklist.
Apply to the Executive Cohort →

Not a direct purchase: you apply, we talk, and then we confirm your seat. CEO+ (€24,500) is a tier choice on the same application.

The Demo Day guarantee. If at the end of the twelve weeks you do not have an AI system ready to go into production, we keep working with you at no additional cost until you do.

FAQ.

What language is it in?
English. Sessions, materials and the credential are all in English, delivered through Excellence University.

Remote or in person?
The live sessions are fully remote, and so is Demo Day unless you would rather present in person in Querétaro or Mexico City. On Plus, the three private sessions can be either.

What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and stays in the library permanently.

Can I send someone from my team instead?
The seat is for one executive, because the private work is about your company and your authority to act on it. For a team, ask about the private company cohort.

Is there a refund?
A fourteen day guarantee from session one. After that no, because the cohort is curated and the seat is held.

Is it useful if I am technical?
Yes, but the focus is strategic. If you want technical depth, look at AI School instead.

How do you apply this yourselves?
What we teach, we operate across thirteen ventures. See Maaia, the group's own AI operating system.

When does it start?
1 January. Seats stay open until the twelve are gone. If a waiting list forms we open the following cohort after it.

Everything above, on paper.

Five pages: what it is, who it is for, the twelve weeks, what you leave with and the price. The download is not gated. Leave a contact only if you want the January dates and the seat count sent to you.

If you leave a contact

  1. ✓You get the January start date and how many of the twelve seats are left.
  2. ✓One message, from a person, not a sequence.
  3. ✓Nothing else, and nothing shared with anyone.
